Ensure service quality across the entire operations lifecycle (servers, storage, network, virtualization, OS, databases, applications)
Seamlessly transition new services from projects into stable production operations
Manage incident and outage handling; maintain close coordination with NOC/SOC and customers
Plan, align and implement change and release processes with all relevant stakeholders
Produce and analyze SLA reports; identify trends and drive corrective actions and escalations
Maintain and continuously improve operations and process documentation; embed compliance and security requirements
Occasional travel within the DACH region

Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience as a Service Manager in a NOC/SOC or a similar role; highly confident in customer-facing situations
Experience with service architectures (Windows, Linux, virtualization) and hypervisors (VMware, Hyper‑V, KVM)
Confident with networking technologies: VLANs, routing, firewall rules, load balancers
ITIL knowledge and proven experience with IT service management processes; monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Nagios, Zabbix, Dynatrace
Experience in risk and security management, ideally ISO 27001; knowledge of project and change management is a plus
Very good German and good English skills; proactive, structured and resilient; driving license class B
