Report to our Nordic CEO with a dotted line to the Head of HR Europe.
Drive leadership development for all leaders in the Nordics.
Lead the local HR team by setting the direction, ensuring alignment and keeping the commitment high.
Act as a real Business Partner on a wide range of HR topics.
Be responsible for general HR Business support.
Requirements
5 years of experience as an HR Manager or in an HR Business Partner role with managerial responsibilities, combined with strong business insight and commercial acumen.
Depth of experience in HR activities such as HR operations, talent management, reward & recognition, organizational and leadership development change management.
Deep knowledge of Swedish and other Nordic countries’ labour law.
Experience with working within an international matrix organization & managing multi-site environment.
Experienced in driving (change) projects in a process driven organization.
Relevant academic degree within HR, Business, Law or Economics or equivalent.
Native knowledge of Swedish, besides excellent English both spoken and written.
