Conduct regular HR reviews across your area and produce monthly HR reports for the HR Director
Provide expert HR advice and coaching to key stakeholders across all employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, performance improvement, dismissals, and appeals
Support formal consultation processes, including TUPE, redundancy, trade union engagement, and medical termination meetings
Ensure full statutory and company compliance
Support and develop operational management capability, particularly middle management
Contribute to wider HR delivery and projects, including recruitment support, policy development, change initiatives, and ad‑hoc activity that supports both the HR function and wider business objectives.
Requirements
A strong background in a similar HR position, with an up‑to‑date understanding of employment law
Proven involvement in resolving complex employment law issues
A pragmatic, solution‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
Confidence operating autonomously in a fast‑paced, operational environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Ideally CIPD qualified, or actively working towards CIPD membership.
