Role Overview
- Deliver technically complex solutions
- Perform system integration support for all project work
- Consult and partner with business product owners to understand end goals
- Develop customized coding and software integration, perform analysis, configure solutions
- Lead and participate in development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of solutions
- Build monitoring capabilities and provide escalated support for applications in production
- Maintain security controls and monitoring in support of company standards
- Lead moderately complex projects and participate in larger initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and six to ten years of experience or equivalent education and software engineering training
- In-depth knowledge in information systems, ability to identify and implement best practices
- Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to IT
- Ability to plan, manage projects, and solve complex problems
- Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates
