Define and deploy the Plant Quality Plan in alignment with Group Quality guidelines, and manage associated indicators/KPIs.
Lead the five quality pillars: Customer (handling customer complaints and RDPs), System (QRQC, internal audits, ISO certifications), Plant (first pass yield, metrology, inspection), Project (new product quality), Supplier (non-conformances, audits, action plans).
Ensure the quality of manufactured products and control of critical processes, and lead problem-solving groups.
Contribute to site transformation projects, organizational optimization, and continuous improvement.
Manage a team of 6 people, develop their skills, and promote a quality culture throughout the plant.
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5) ideally with a specialization in Quality.
Minimum 7 years' experience in industry in a similar role, including strategic projects.
At least 3 years' experience managing quality teams in an industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of quality tools (FMEA/AMDEC, audits, problem-solving methodologies).
Proficiency in French and English (minimum B2 levels).
