Collect and prepare data: extract, clean and organize data from various sources
Ensure data quality and integrity
Analyze and model: develop Machine Learning, Deep Learning, LLM or Generative AI models
Implement and productionize solutions via large-scale data processing pipelines
Assess business problems and demonstrate model value through exploratory data analysis
Visualize and communicate: create clear and informative data visualizations
Present results and recommendations to stakeholders in an understandable way
Collaborate with technical teams: integrate models into existing systems following MLOps best practices
Contribute to continuous integration and deployment of models
Keep up to date with AI technologies
Propose continuous improvements and optimize algorithm performance

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or Artificial Intelligence
Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years as a Data Scientist
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to propose innovative solutions
Willingness and ability to take on lead responsibilities on AI projects
Proficiency with the following technologies: Machine Learning / Deep Learning: Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch; Generative and/or agent-based AI
Experience across the AI model lifecycle: from design to productionization
MLOps practices: CI/CD, test automation
Languages & tools: Python, Jupyter Notebook, Pandas
Data & Big Data: Dataiku, Hadoop, Spark, Elasticsearch
Visualization & BI: Power BI, Grafana, Qlik
