Role Overview
- Own the Analytical Roadmap, translate company OKRs into a product data strategy
- Define the Metrics Framework and design KPIs and dashboards
- Drive Causal Impact through end-to-end projects and complex experiments
- Lead Product Decision-Making and distill findings for leadership
- Raise the Bar by mentoring analysts and improving tools and processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis
- Quantitative background (Math, Stats, Engineering, or Behavioral Science)
- Experience with Python for A/B experiments and causal inference models
- Strong customer empathy, particularly for dentists
- Ability to mentor other analysts and provide code reviews
- Experience in Hex, Looker, and dbt is a plus
