Manage multiple projects across creative, design, and video teams from brief through evaluation
Plan and control timelines, budgets, resources, and delivery objectives
Handle fast-paced requests and tight deadlines while keeping the team motivated and focused
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, ensuring everyone stays informed and aligned
Collaborate with video and design teams to deliver high-quality social campaigns
Partner with client leads and producers to improve project efficiency, speed, and budget use
Develop and execute strategies for international rollouts and localization, elevating campaigns into impactful experiences
Requirements
5+ years of project management experience in an agency or production environment, including hands-on management of internal and external content productions with producers and external agencies
Strong client-facing skills with confidence in client management
Daily use of social media and a passion for creating relevant, platform-specific content
Affinity with the entertainment industry
Solid financial and analytical skills, able to manage budgets, scopes, and project metrics (a.k.a. head for numbers)
Ability to prioritize work and handle a lot of moving parts
Proficiency with multiple project management tools and methods
Thrives in a high-paced, young, and international environment in combination with being used to more corporate structures on the client side
Fluency in English (and Dutch is a plus)
