Advising clients on suitable funding programmes, especially in the R&D area
Supporting the development of fundable project concepts together with clients
Independently preparing, reviewing and submitting grant applications
Preparing and validating project, cost and financial data
Supporting operational finance tasks related to applications and submissions
Ensuring complete and timely submissions
Communicating with funding agencies and authorities, including handling follow-up requests
Working closely with Sales and Scientific Consultants throughout the entire process
Monitoring ongoing applications and documenting them in the CRM/system
Contributing to the optimization of internal processes in the application and advisory area

Completed degree in economics, natural sciences or a related field
Initial to several years of experience in funding/grants, application drafting, finance or consulting
Structured, careful and independent working style
Understanding of financial relationships and formal requirements
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with clients
Very good German and English skills
