Role Overview
- Design and roll out a tailored change framework
- Lead projects end‑to‑end, managing scope, timelines, resources, and risks
- Create impactful communication, training, and engagement strategies
- Measure outcomes, track adoption, and turn insights into stronger project practices
- Cultivate meaningful relationships, coach teams, and simplify complex topics for varied audiences
Requirements
- Relevant bachelor’s degree e.g. in Business, Engineering, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- Advanced credentials like Prosci, PMP, or PRINCE2
- 10+ years’ experience in managing multi‑stakeholder projects in energy or similar industries
- Ability to quickly understand new technologies and turn insights into action
- Good German and very good English (C1) skills, both written and spoken
