Role Overview
- review title examinations within 24-48 hours of receipt
- identify title issues
- execute recommendations by curing simple and complex title issues
- review pleadings, loan documents, and foreclosure documents for accuracy and compliance
- communicate effectively with insurers and other outside parties
- create, review, and edit reports, opinions, correspondence, and documents related to foreclosure and title clearance
Requirements
- licensed and in good standing in the State of Alabama
- minimum of two (2) years as a practicing attorney
- experience in real estate law and title review/clearance
