Implement and manage learning platforms (LMS), tracking engagement, progress, and training completion rates.
Define and monitor area KPIs, preparing reports that analyze performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Map training gaps and needs based on sales team data.
Design and deliver in-person and online training for sales teams.
Develop engagement strategies to increase adoption and improve sales team performance.
Create and update training materials (playbooks, presentations, digital content).
Requirements
Previous experience structuring, assessing needs for, and managing sales training.
Prior knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies across these areas: sales cycle, field enablement, course design, sales productivity, etc.
Strong communication skills with diverse audiences.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace.
Intermediate conversational English required (weekly exposure).
Experience managing an LMS.
Experience with CRM (administration, optimization, and report extraction).
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills desirable to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven improvement solutions (SQL is a plus).
