Ensure accurate Cost and Revenue estimates are made against jobs

Ensure knowledge and compliance, with “Good Distribution Practices (GDP) for Pharmaceutical Products as defined in the company quality policies
Communicate effectively in a professional manner with customers to ensure their quotations and traffic requirements are fulfilled in line with their booking instructions
Adherence to customer and internal SOPs
Liaison with consignee and overseas network (imports) reporting any discrepancies or specific requirements
Effectively communicate with the DSV warehouse, transport and gateway teams to make warehouse and delivery arrangements
Requirements
Excellent IT skills
Recent previous experience of a similar role in the freight forwarding industry
Good communication skills with colleagues at all levels as well as external customers
Ensure legislative compliance in all areas
Ensure that the company operates within all agreed operational procedures, and within statutory requirements, including the provision and maintenance of a safe working environment
Knowledge of “Good Distribution Practices (GDP)” would be a bonus
