Coordinating Microsoft sales activities in Germany
Planning joint sales activities with Microsoft sales teams to acquire new customers
Maintaining relationships with the relevant Microsoft sales teams
Engaging in regular technical exchanges with Microsoft Germany sales teams to identify new opportunities early
Coordinating SMB opportunities
Acquiring new enterprise customers based on Microsoft technology
Positioning Envisioning Workshops with customers
Actively marketing and organizing workshops in the areas of Threat Detection and Data Security
Requirements
A passion for cybersecurity and sales
An excellent customer network in Germany, particularly within mid-market and large enterprises
A team player with the motivation to successfully expand the German market
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
An outstanding sales personality with a network of relationships to IT decision-makers in the German mid-market
Existing contacts at Microsoft Germany
Technical understanding of Microsoft security solutions
Good knowledge of relevant Microsoft security tools (e.g., Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel) and how they fit into modern security architectures
Knowledge of Microsoft licensing
Understanding of Microsoft licensing models, in particular the differences between Enterprise and Business solutions, as well as familiarity with Microsoft incentive and bonus programs
Experience with Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology (MCEM)
Confident handling of the MCEM process and associated Solution Plays as a foundation for successful collaboration with Microsoft
Ideally hold verifiable Microsoft certifications
