Responsible for performance against sales targets in assigned territory.
Develop thoughtful territory account and business plans to implement sales strategies and tactics for gedatolisib to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
Identify and mitigate barriers to access directly and in partnership with appropriate commercial partners.
Work compliantly with the Medical Science Liaison to help educate the local breast cancer community about gedatolisib science.
Present gedatolisib in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner.
Utilize approved resources to build awareness of gedatolisib.
Develop strong and long-term relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
Represent Celcuity at Regional/Local medical conferences.
Manage resource utilization and maintain operating costs within budget.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Scientific or business degree a plus.
Five plus (5+) years of sales or similar customer-facing experience such as key account management, market access, and thought leader engagement.
Three plus (3+) years of strong results-oriented sales performance in oncology biotech or pharmaceuticals.
Demonstrated consistent track record of success as a top sales performer.
Results-oriented and able to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
