Drive revenue growth by identifying and supporting new opportunities and growth strategies, including cross-selling and entry into new markets.
Lead initiatives and resolve issues related to sales, customer success, and research & development across your portfolio companies.
Prioritize customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring robust solutions, high-quality service delivery, and effective customer support within the portfolio companies.
Ensure portfolio companies have clear, well-executed product roadmaps, balancing R&D and maintenance investments to maximize new customer acquisition while retaining existing customers.
Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive product strategies aligned with market trends and the business objectives of the portfolio companies.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in management consulting and/or within a technology or software company.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering, economics, or a related field.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a strong asset.
Relevant experience as a business operations leader with a commercial, customer-centric, and continuous-improvement mindset.
Experience in one or more of the following areas: sales (customer acquisition, market penetration), customer service (support and professional services), product development (R&D) is an asset.
