4–7+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or MSP environments.
Demonstrated experience leading or heavily contributing to IT projects and implementations.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
