Template Development: Build dynamic After Effects projects and automationready creative templates.
Technical Problem Solving: Use scripting, expressions, and data-driven setups (e.g. CSV/JSON) to create scalable solutions.
Asset Preparation: Adapt and optimize creative files from Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma for use in automation workflows.
Quality Control: Test thoroughly, debug render issues, and ensure templates are reliable and well-organized.
Documentation & Handover: Keep files structured, write clear documentation, and make handovers easy for colleagues.
Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers, Account Managers, and other designers to deliver on client needs.
Client Support: Occasionally explain workflows, requirements, and logic to clients in a clear and accessible way.
Continuous Learning: Stay curious, learn new tools, and share knowledge with the team.

Strong Adobe After Effects skills (expressions, parenting, render optimization, template structuring).
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Ability to script in basic ExtendScript.
Basic understanding of data-driven animation (CSV/JSON).
Strong organization, documentation, and time-management skills.
Excellent English communication (written, verbal, and visual).
Figma skills (for asset adaptation).
Ability to develop in JavaScript.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS.
Experience with web-based creative automation tools or templating platforms.
