Support the design team in developing women’s bags and SLG across seasonal collections
Assist with research and concept development, including mood boards, trend analysis, and material exploration
Create technical drawings and update design files (Adobe Illustrator required)
Help prepare design presentations and internal reviews
Assist in sourcing materials, trims, and hardware
Support sample development and follow up with suppliers
Organize and maintain the design archive and sample library

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a fashion or accessories design program
Strong interest in handbags and small leather goods
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
Good eye for detail, materials, and color
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and a team player mindset
