You independently develop new ad concepts, advertorial concepts, hooks, and formats following funnel logic (Eugene Schwartz, awareness stages, etc.)
You brief creators and designers based on your concepts
You analyze creative performance and derive concrete actions and tests from it (creative iterations, new angles, new funnel ideas)
You work closely with the media buying team to translate data-driven learnings directly into creative concepts
You own the creative direction across Meta Ads, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and native ads
You monitor competitors, test formats, and introduce new ideas that directly drive revenue
Requirements
Several years of experience in direct response creative strategy (ideally in a D2C environment)
You are an expert in funnel marketing
You understand people: emotions, pain points, desires — and turn those into high-converting ads
Deep understanding of funnel thinking, awareness stages, offer structure, UGC, storytelling, VSLs, scroll-stoppers, and conversion psychology
You can brief others effectively (copy, design, video) and are excellent at communicating your concepts clearly
You work in a structured, fast, and independent way and consistently deliver high-performing creatives
