About this role
Role Overview
- Perform transactional and financial reconciliations for sub-acquiring, issuing (card), Pix, Boletos, Bill Payments, and Transportation
- Execute accounting reconciliations across all products
- Report reconciliation results daily, analyze outstanding items, and engage relevant teams for resolution
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, increasing operational efficiency
- Provide technical support to the analyst team and partner areas
- Support the creation and improvement of internal processes and controls
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payment methods reconciliation
- Experience with reconciliation tools such as Equals and/or Simetrik
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of SQL and/or Power BI (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with Google tools (Sheets, Looker Studio) (Nice to Have)
- Experience with SAP (Nice to Have)
- Intermediate or advanced Spanish (Nice to Have)
