Coordinate meetings with wide participation from capital markets professionals, aiming to build consensus.
Prepare proposals with technical rationale focused on the capital markets.
Develop research, studies and regulatory submissions, supporting market discussions.
Manage planning of the area’s topics and tasks with the team.
Coordinate work carried out within the area, organizing priorities and supporting the team in deliveries.
Participate in technical meetings and presentations in Portuguese and English.

Approximately 5 years’ experience in capital markets, structuring and distributing public offerings of securities.
Completed university degree (Business Administration/Economics/Law); postgraduate studies desirable (Administration, Economics).
Fluent in English.
Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Team player who fosters a collaborative, co-creative problem-solving environment.
Technical writing skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to synthesize information.
Analytical skills and drafting ability for preparing submissions discussed with the market.
Confidence in public communication to liaise and discuss with market participants and regulators.
