About this role
Role Overview
Provide analytical support to user acquisition (UA) stakeholders on your dedicated app across multiple levels. Core stakeholders are UA Leads and Head of Growth;
Carry out complex analysis of datasets and conduct appropriate data validation for web UA across multiple paid channels (Paid Social, Search, Display, Affiliates/Partnerships, etc.);
Translate business questions and hypotheses into structured analytical research, automations or data pipeline improvements;
Partner with dedicated Data Engineering, BI and Data Science teams to improve data quality and measurement, and turn insights into measurable business impact;
Review marketing performance and explain key trends (in revenue, ROI/PAM, audience shifts) to inform decision making.
Requirements
5+ years of analytics experience, including 3+ years as Marketing Data Analyst (performance/UA);
Advanced SQL (window functions, CTEs, performance-aware querying, data quality checks) and experience working with large data warehouses;
Proven experience partnering with performance marketing / UA stakeholders and communicating insights to non-technical audiences;
Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar). Tableau is our primary BI tool;
Solid understanding of marketing metrics, cohort analysis, segmentation, and deep-dive research;
Experience analyzing major network data (Meta / Google / TikTok / AppLovin, etc.) Meta is a strong plus;
Understanding of UA web funnel and conversion drivers;
