Maintain and populate dashboards, reports and presentations on the performance of CANAL+ group websites and applications (Canal+ App, La Boutique, Customer Area, CanalVOD).
Analyze user navigation by collecting data across sites and applications (web, mobile, connected TVs, consoles, set-top boxes, etc.) to improve user journeys and interfaces.
Analyze and cross-reference video consumption data with CRM data to improve customer insight and maximize the value extracted from usage patterns.
Monitor usage and performance of the CANAL+ group's video partners.
Perform cross-functional ad hoc analyses according to business needs (content, retention, loyalty, usage stimulation, etc.).
Requirements
Enrolled in or holding a Master’s-level degree (Bac+5): engineering school or business school with a Data specialization, or training in statistics/applied mathematics.
University programs with a strong emphasis on Mathematics, Economics or Data Analysis.
Proficiency in SQL is required; experience with Dataiku is a plus.
Team spirit, dynamism, rigor and curiosity.
