Role Overview
- Define functional and technical specifications
- Including configurations, integrations, and custom features, so both clients and internal teams have a clear blueprint.
- Design tailored PIAM solutions
- By combining standard product capabilities with documented configurations and integrations.
- Support Project Managers and clients
- Acting as the functional and technical expert to ensure clarity, alignment, and consistent communication.
- Configure and test solutions
- Ensuring implementations function as expected and meet client expectations and quality standards.
- Deliver training
- Helping client teams effectively use the system, tailored to meet their unique needs and processes, in their daily operations.
- Provide support
- Acting as second
- or third-line support when needed.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in technical consulting, technical project roles, or configuration engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
- Fluent Dutch (mandatory for client-facing work) and English required
