About this role

Project manage client-facing, less complex projects for E-Bill Express, Wells Fargo Payment Gateway, and other solutions
Apply project management methodology to facilitate implementations, establishing timelines, and tracking ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery for our clients
Accurately document the status of projects, risks, and blockers as defined in procedures
Provide training to clients and internal parties, as needed
Escalate project challenges to leadership, Sales, and other parties, as needed
Proactively identify and actively seek feedback and improvement opportunities from internal partners and clients
Support strategic and team initiatives

2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Effective project management skills
Stakeholder engagement experience
Payments experience – issuing, acquiring, network
Has experience working closely with Sales, Relationship Management, Treasury Management teams
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Payments Professional (CPP)
