Role Overview

• At the beginning we'll work together to identify your strengths and where we can have the greatest impact.
• Spot and produce user stories.
• You produce formats for TikTok and Instagram that perform.
• You have an eye for the moments that happen in everyday startup life that usually go undocumented.
• You contribute your own ideas — what formats are we still missing?

Requirements

• You are studying Media Production, Film, Digital Media, Communication Design, Photography, or a related field.
• You have a natural instinct for what makes a moment special.
• You pick up the camera before anyone asks.
• You know your way around editing, whether it’s CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci.
• You don’t just want to produce content — you want to understand how a brand grows through real stories.
• Driven people > degrees. Your perspective on the world matters more than your diploma.
