- First point of contact for all support inquiries from our customers
- Logging, organizing and prioritizing incoming inquiries
- Coordinating the handling of requests in collaboration with the technical team
- Ensuring clear and professional communication
- Taking on administrative responsibility for support contracts
- Monthly monitoring and reporting of support services
Requirements
- Commercial/business training or equivalent qualification
- Ideally experience in the communications field
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Highly organized and structured working style
- Basic technical understanding of web-based solutions
- Fluent in German and English
