Senior Consultant – Battery Training & Operations

Role Overview

• Build and develop customer projects in the battery and mobility domain
• Active business development: identify, develop and close new projects
• Strategic consulting and problem solving on-site, in the office and remotely
• Responsibility for implementation and measurable impact at the client (not just concepts)
• Interface between industry, research and networks (e.g., RWTH / Fraunhofer)
• Further development of Training & Operations at PEM Motion
• Build and coach project teams

Requirements

• Strong technical background in batteries / production / training / e‑mobility
• Understanding of industrial realities (shop floor, processes, etc.) and hands‑on mentality
• Experience in project management and direct customer interaction
• Strong consulting and entrepreneurial mindset
• Structured, analytical working style and high execution capability
• International orientation and strong communication skills (German & English)
• High commitment, ownership and results focus
