Assist in the maintenance and support of the Workday HRIS, including system updates and configurations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical support tickets.
Generate and analyze HR reports to provide insights for decision-making.
Participate in user training sessions to support end-users.
Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Configure and customize Workday to align with the organization’s evolving needs and business requirements.
Identify enhancement opportunities and assess impacts on downstream systems.
Evaluate, build, and maintain various Workday modules.
Support ad-hoc reporting requests across the organization.
Manage a diverse and fluid workload commonly including multiple assignments and variable deadlines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Human Resources; Or Associate’s degree; Or HS diploma/GED with 7 years of relevant work experience.
4 years minimum, 5+ years preferred experience with Workday application support, process configuration, HR data maintenance.
Ideally HR Business Process acumen in 2-3 HR functional areas (Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, T&L, Compensation, or Learning).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and prioritization skills.
Effective communication and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Workday Pro certification(s) preferred.
Nice-to-have: Integrations experience.
Reporting tools (EIB, BIRT/Calculated Fields).
Data privacy/compliance knowledge.
