About this role
Role Overview
Accurately input and maintain customer records, renewals registers, and internal databases
Generate quotes and contracts in our CRM
Support invoicing and procurement processes
Produce reports and data summaries for management
Work closely with Enterprise, Government, and Service Delivery teams
Partner with the Salesforce admin team on data quality
Identify ways to streamline data entry processes
Support the wider team to keep operations running smoothly
Requirements
Proven background in data entry or administrative coordination
Sharp eye for detail and accuracy under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with CRM or database platforms
Strong organizational and time management skills
Clear, confident communicator with diverse stakeholders
