About this role
Role Overview
Manage and coordinate external field partners, ensuring SLA compliance and quality standards.
Plan and allocate work orders (WOs), optimizing routes and schedules for efficiency.
Oversee resource availability, inventory, and equipment for field operations.
Drive process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance procedures and runbooks.
Monitor performance using KPIs and implement improvement actions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a “First Time Right” culture.
Analyze operational data and deliver reports with insights and recommendations.
Requirements
Higher education degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics, Industrial Management) or a related field.
Proven experience in managing field technical teams and/or coordinating service partners in telecommunications or similar areas.
Strong knowledge of field operations, work order management, and resource logistics.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in KPI analysis and process optimization.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in project management tools and information systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, field service management platforms).
Fluency in Portuguese and English (preferred).
