Manage and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers in the energy consumer sector, providing multichannel support.
Identify customer needs and propose customized solutions to meet those needs. Monitor customer satisfaction and continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience.
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and customers, ensuring high-quality service and exceptional support.
Conduct technical and commercial site visits to customers to better understand their operations and provide appropriate support.
Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) in collaboration with the sales and legal teams.
Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (communications, administration, commercialization partners, operations/back office and management, IT) to ensure effective delivery of solutions to customers.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
Perform feasibility studies when necessary, and guide, monitor, and validate feasibility studies prepared by the department intern.
Supervise and support the activities of the department intern.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in consultative and technical customer service.
Experience in the Free Energy Market or the energy sector.
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with CRM systems.
