Role Overview
- Support the Customer Success team in client follow-up and relationship management.
- Assist with customer communications via email, WhatsApp, and online meetings.
- Participate in onboarding new clients.
- Contribute to the analysis of reports from Data Studio / Google Ads / Google Analytics.
- Support initiatives to keep clients engaged and satisfied.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- Good communication skills and an interest in learning about Customer Success and Digital Marketing.
- Proactive, curious, and motivated to grow professionally.
- Experience in the B2B market.
- Availability to work remotely.
