Impact the development and lifecycle management of external IAM Products and services across business areas and countries
Ensure IAM portfolio is compliant, secure, scalable, and aligned with evolving business needs
Collaborate closely with developers, architects, legal, and business stakeholders
Guide teams in selected IAM capabilities, like identity management, authentication, authorization, digital signing, consent management and related IAM processes
Central to cross-functional initiatives, delivering new IAM Products and enhancements, and promoting IAM-first thinking across the organization
Requirements
Experience in product management and agile ways of working
Knowledge in one or some of the IAM areas, such as authentication, identity management, authorization management, digital signing, consent management
Awareness of compliance frameworks impacting IAM (e.g., GDPR, eIDAS, FiDA)
Excellent communication skills and ability to drive change
Fluent in English (written and oral). Nordic language skills are a plus
Solid educational background, in either technology or business, preferably higher education degree
