About this role
Role Overview
- Assistance in preparing and analyzing the condominium's financial reports;
- Support in servicing shopping centers;
- Collaboration in analyzing the condominium's budget and expenses (actual vs. budget comparison);
- Preparation of spreadsheets and data tables for reporting;
- Act as a liaison between business areas (back office and shopping center);
- Support for general administrative and financial activities of the condominium.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program: Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Intermediate proficiency in Office Suite (Microsoft Office);
- Preferred: Knowledge of Programming, Power BI, and AI.
