Identify the data needed for decision-making and cross-reference it with market information to propose better alternatives;
Provide clear guidance to Revenue teams to improve the customer experience and, consequently, area results;
Promote a culture of A/B testing and data-driven experimentation;
Provide daily support and troubleshooting for leadership and key internal stakeholders;
Prepare relevant materials and drive strategic business discussions.
Requirements
Experience in Operations, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops.
Bachelor’s degree.
Strong SQL skills.
Advanced Excel.
Experience with BI tools.
Experience in data analysis, KPIs, metric definition, and governance.
Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions (and suggest analytical trade-offs).
Proactivity and ownership of end-to-end processes.
Strong technical and executive communication skills.
Differentials:
Experience with the Databricks platform: Notebooks, SQL, etc.
Experience in fast-growing environments (scale-ups or tech companies).
