Responsible for supporting and providing therapeutic advice to oncologists in hospitals and private practices
Analyze and evaluate available market data
Consistently implement the company strategy and take actions to ensure target achievement
Create account plans and manage the allocated budget responsibly
Implement account strategies and plans in strict compliance with all internal and external regulations and codes
Work closely and coordinate with internal stakeholders
Develop innovative training and continuing education concepts based on current customer needs
Participate in conferences, sponsorships, and events
Requirements
You have completed a degree in business administration or the natural sciences, or a comparable qualification, or are a certified pharmaceutical sales representative
You have several years of field sales experience supporting specialist physicians and have experience in the oncology indication or in other specialty care areas or specialist care
You possess solid product, market, and customer knowledge and are familiar with health policy contexts
You demonstrate a confident presence, persuasiveness, and the ability to inspire even in challenging situations
You have strong communication skills, a pronounced customer orientation, and a high level of commitment and initiative
You have business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
