Senior Director, Reseller Channel Sales

Role Overview

• Responsible for driving ASO client unit sales growth
• Establish and implement a playbook for optimizing growth
• Guide Health Plan representatives in driving $4 million in ARR growth
• Develop and execute sales strategy for employer unit sales growth
• Build and maintain relationships with Sales leaders

Requirements

• At least 5 years of health plan or channel sales/business development experience
• Proven track record of relationship building and collaboration
• Ability to drive growth in new and existing markets
• Must be able to articulate the value of Transcarent’s capabilities in the healthcare ecosystem
