About this role

Own the overall vision, strategy, and performance of the game, ensuring it meets business objectives.
Oversee P&L, monetization strategies, and live operations to drive growth and player retention.
Lead a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, marketers, and analysts to execute the game’s roadmap.
Analyze key performance metrics and market trends to optimize game features, content updates, and engagement strategies.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align on priorities, business goals, and execution plans.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and data-driven decision-making within the team.

Experience leading successful game production, live operations, and/or game design teams within mobile gaming.
Proven track record of managing and scaling successful mobile game titles.
Strong understanding of mobile game monetization, analytics, and player engagement strategies.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and working in a fast-paced, live-service environment.
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
