Manage and oversee all engineering deliverables for the project from kick-off through customer acceptance
Translate the customer technical requirements into defined tasks for Engineering
Identify and assign tasks to appropriate teams and coordinate activities across departments
Ensure quality of output for all deliverables and the entire solution
Monitor and manage project/team performance and ensure KPIs are met
Act as main point of contact for project management, installation, procurement, etc.
Ensure completion of all necessary specifications for third-party components
Track engineering progress and ensuring project is pacing to schedule
Lead technical reviews and conduct post-mortem with PM for continuous improvement

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics)
Prior experience leading project technical deliverables, prefer material handling project experience
10+ years of experience in engineering or project management
Exceptional customer focus and ability to deliver results
Demonstrated problem solver with excellent communication skills
Ability to navigate, influence and operate in a strongly matrixed global organization
Ability to travel up to 40%
