Role Overview
Provides strategic leadership in the planning, development, and execution of program initiatives.
Serves as a liaison and spokesperson, engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
Supports policy development, drives strategic priorities, and oversees day-to-day program operations.
Collaborates with private, government, and international partners.
Leads research efforts, develops new initiatives, and contributes to publishable materials.
Coordinates site management activities, supports monitoring and strengthening of site performance, facilitates internal communication, and manages planning and coordination for key meetings and working groups.
Oversees monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks for site-level programmatic activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a field related to the program
Seven years of professional experience related to the program
Previous supervisory and program/project management experience
Equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
