Develop SQL queries to extract and process accounting data;
Create dashboards and management reports in BI tools to support decision-making;
Support internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory compliance;
Record journal entries and maintain accounting controls in accordance with National Financial System standards;
Support the monthly accounting close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of results;
Prepare and validate CADOC files (e.g., 3040, 2061, 4010) and other reports required by BACEN (Central Bank of Brazil);
Perform reconciliations and cross-checks between accounting balances and regulatory information;
Evaluate BACEN and CVM regulations applicable to financial institutions;
Experience with regulatory reporting and BACEN communication channels (SCR, CRD, STA, etc.).

Degree in Accounting;
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership or related areas preferred;
Experience in accounting for financial institutions, including BACEN rules, COSIF and CADOCs;
Knowledge of regulatory standards and analysis and reconciliation of loan/credit operations;
Advanced SQL skills for querying and manipulating data;
Advanced Excel and integration with databases;
Experience with BI tools (Power BI or similar);
Knowledge of DBeaver (database) and SAP is a plus.
