Collaborate and co-ordinate with multidisciplinary teams to undertake concept and detailed design of large scale HV infrastructure including; substations, BESS, solar and wind projects
Develop and review detailed civil engineering designs, reports, technical specifications and relevant documentation
Review and interrogate civil design models (eg Civil3D/12D)
Conduct feasibility studies, risk analyses and site assessments
Participate in engineering, design and construction review processes and provide technical expertise and guidance as required
Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success
Requirements
Minimum Australian recognised Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Professional registrations such as CPEng, NER, RPEQ or equivalent is desirable
Proven design experience within the energy (power utility) sector (Minimum 8+ years)
Strong understanding of civil modelling and relevant design software (e.g. Civil 3D/12D)
Demonstrated ability to work seamlessly within a team environment, collaborating effectively with cross-discipline teams to achieve project goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the willingness and ability to collaborate and develop team capabilities.
