E-Learning Pedagogical Mediator – Civil Engineering

Role Overview

• Act as an e-learning pedagogical mediator, facilitating interaction between students and course content on distance-learning platforms.
• Monitor learning processes, identify difficulties and propose solutions to ensure student development.
• Use technological tools and virtual learning platforms to promote an effective and dynamic educational environment.
• Maintain clear and objective communication with students, demonstrating empathy and respect throughout the educational process.
• Organize and plan pedagogical activities, adapting to the needs and particularities of the students.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve educational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Completed postgraduate degree.
• Proficiency with distance-learning platforms and educational technology tools.
• In-depth knowledge of virtual learning environments.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy and respect in interactions with students.
• Organization, planning, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Strong teamwork skills.
