Define requirements for new (sub-)projects
Conduct feasibility analyses in coordination with development and design teams
Prepare proposals and cost estimates
Consolidate requirements for handover to technical planning
Coordinate between development, design, clients and service providers
Conduct reviews and testing
Monitor project budgets
Provide client support through regular status meetings (jour fixes), training and support

Several years of professional experience in IT project management and coordination
Proven experience managing larger projects
Strong technical affinity and understanding
Structured, analytical and organized
Strong communication skills; ability to provide structure and make decisions
Confident use of project management tools
Agile project management (SCRUM)
Very good German and (very) good English skills
Experience with various CMS, CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and marketing and business process tools
Management of e-commerce and ERP projects
Proficient with Jira and Confluence (Atlassian)
Successful management of international projects
