Role Overview
- Central point of contact between internal departments and clients
- Conduct individual needs analyses for clients and their employees
- Support new and existing clients through all order processes
- Proactively inform about new benefits and developments
- Strategic consulting and development of tailored benefits programs
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business education or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience — ideally in enterprise/key account management, project management, or customer success management
- Solid knowledge of HR and tax topics, ideally supplemented by experience in Compensation & Benefits
- Strong service orientation, empathy, excellent communication skills, and assertiveness
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with commercial/business matters
- Business-fluent German and English (negotiation-level proficiency)
- Solid project management skills and an affinity for technical topics
