About this role
Role Overview
Central point of contact between internal departments and clients
Conduct individual needs analyses for clients and their employees
Support new and existing clients through all order processes
Proactively inform about new benefits and developments
Strategic consulting and development of tailored benefits programs
Requirements
Completed commercial/business education or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience — ideally in enterprise/key account management, project management, or customer success management
Solid knowledge of HR and tax topics, ideally supplemented by experience in Compensation & Benefits
Strong service orientation, empathy, excellent communication skills, and assertiveness
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented
Strong planning and organizational skills
Comfortable working with commercial/business matters
Business-fluent German and English (negotiation-level proficiency)
Solid project management skills and an affinity for technical topics
