Role Overview
- Lead projects end-to-end, including managing the supporting team.

- Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Interact with the client throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct kickoff meetings for additional projects.
Requirements
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills for client-facing meetings.
- Ability to take responsibility for highly complex projects.
- Ability to lead and motivate the consulting team.
- Advanced reading proficiency in English and Spanish.
