Role Overview
- Support capture planning and opportunity development for target pursuits
- Assist in developing differentiated solution concepts and partner/supplier strategies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to advance captures and proposal readiness
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Participate in industry and trade events to represent Boeing and gather market/customer intelligence
- Apply risk assessment and mitigation approaches to capture activities
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in Business Development, Capture Management, Strategy, or related disciplines
- Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Integrated Business Acquisition Process (IBAP)
- Experience working in an international portfolio
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally ~30% of the time
