Role Overview
- managing WBD’s global trademark portfolio, including prosecution, disputes, and enforcement across multiple jurisdictions
- close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure our brand assets are protected and aligned with business objectives
- proactively mitigating risk and supporting strategic brand initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as trademark paralegal either with a law firm or in-house
- College Degree/Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and sound judgment
- Understanding of trademark law and prosecution protocols including USPTO rules
- Knowledge of trademark databases, WebTMS and Corsearch preferred
- Knowledge of electronic file management systems, iManage preferred
- Foreign language skills a plus
